Job Description
The role encompasses being part of the think-tank that formulates and implements strategies for Futurism in identified areas of expertise.

Responsibilities include:

Providing Thought Leadership in identified areas of expertise to the Business Development and Account relationship teams.
Interacting with C-level and Senior executives of Top Banks and Financial Services Institutions across different geographies.
Analysing emerging trends and crafting value propositions to take to market.
Leading and managing a team of business analysts and consultants to take up business-critical engagements.

Candidate should have experience of 10 - 12 years

Domain:

Excellent knowledge of core retail banking operations and business –account enrollment, customer sales and servicing, branch operations, item processing, deposit management, retail banking back-office operations, exception management etc. Experience with Payments and Cash management, treasury management etc. will be preferred. Work experience in retail /commercial bank and business technology service provider will be an added advantage.

Having worked with customers in North America and/or Europe will be viewed favorably. At the very minimum, knowledge of these markets is a must-have.

Technology:

Good applied understanding of technology applications in key areas of –core banking transactions, KYC, check and other item processing, ATM and channel applications.
Experience in business technology projects leading to implementing operational and business change is highly desirable.
Experience with one or more core banking and associated systems like Hogan, Systematics, S1, Sanchez, Temenos, Argo, Touchpoint, Corillian is highly desirable.
Ability to demonstrate thought leadership in new applications of technology to business process automation and revenue enhancement will be a key attribute.

Soft skills and leadership:

Excellent conceptualization, articulation /presentation skills are essential.
Ability to work in teams and having done leadership roles is a key factor.
Experience in working with India based delivery teams will be a significant plus.
