Team Lead J2EE

Skill Requirements:

Ability to lead a team of 10-15 persons
Ability to define, plan, manage & track all the project activities
Ability to participate in requirements capture
Solid understanding of SDLC
Solid understanding of ISO/CMM processes
Must be able to perform at a Sr. Developer level in terms of technical + activities (Design/Coding)
Experience on full lifecycle internet development projects
Good communication/mentoring & people management skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to identify issues/risks in the project
Must have experience in multisided development

Duties:

Lead a Team of Developers/Sr Developers.
Plan, Manage and track all Project related Activities.
Participate in Requirement capture.
Participate in all project-related quality activities.
Hands-on technical involvement and technical guidance/mentoring of team members.
