Skill Requirements:
- Ability to lead a team of 5-6 persons.
- Ability to define, plan, manage & track all the project activities.
- Ability to participate in requirements capture
- Solid understanding of SDLC.
- Solid understanding of ISO/CMM processes
- Must be able to perform at a Sr. Developer level in terms of technical activities(Design/Coding)
- Experience on full-lifecycle . NET development projects
- Good communication/mentoring & people management skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to identify issues/risks in the project
- Must have experience in .NET Technologies and .NET frameworks, C#, Visual Basic,Visual,MFC, COM/DCOM, ASPs, Windows NT/2000; a significant .NET project.

Skill Requirements:
- 5+ years of practical experience in the development of web-based products using C# and ASP.NET
- Solid development experience with the presentation, middle tier and back-end in 3-tier architecture
- Exceptional understanding of SQL Server 2005 having developed a minimum of 2 applications currently in production using SQL Server 2005
- .NET 3.5 and Sharepoint experience would be a plus
- Identify and easily adapt to new technologies
- Oversee and own several projects

Skill Requirements:
- 4-6 years of overall IT experience; min 4+ years in .NET
- Hands on experience in .NET 2.0 / 3.0 + Database, Web Services, Design, Performance enhancement + Architectural design and review + Build process automation + Customer interactions (Oracle/SQL/Others)
- Should have experience in SQL Server 2000/2005.
- Experienced in Web Services, WCF.
- Experience / Exposure to SOA and or .NET 3.0 / 3.5 is a value add.
- Excellent communication and client interfacing skills.
- Knowledge and expertise on OOAD, UML and design patterns.
- Primary task is to pick up expertise in various tools in software development while developing software programs, forms, reports, and interfaces
- Perform unit testing on computer programs, forms, reports, and interfaces
- Create and maintain technical documentation on computer-based information systems; compiling documentation for design changes or creation criteria.
- Update systems data and prepare conversion requirements. + provide assistance to users with software-related issues or problems
