Open Source Architect

Job Description


Candidate with overall 8 years of experience in managing full life cycle application development projects is a must. The candidate should have 2 to 3 years experience exclusively in areas such as project management, account management or program management activities. The candidate should be well aware of SDLC and independently handled projects in the last 2 to 3 years. Should have strong process orientation and expertise in quality systems and standards such as ISO, SEI-CMMI, Six Sigma etc. Should have experience in requirement analysis. Should have excellent written and oral communication skills, creativity and innovation and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment.

Practical knowledge of Open source technologies (Mule, ServiceMix) with common skill set J2EE, XML Requires solid knowledge of design, development with using open source. Practical/solid knowledge of J2EE and exposure to Load Balancing and Performance Tuning.
