Futurism has a sound and stable infrastructure for smooth operations at its facility and for communication with our clients. The following are a few features of our setup:
- Two MBPS leased lines
- 100/1000 MBPS Layer 2-switched intranet
- MS Exchange server 2000-based email system
- High grade machines for the engineers - Quad-Core Intel®Xeon®processor 3.16 GHz, 2 MB RAM
- UPS for all individual machines and centralized UPS for servers.
- Generator backup for the whole facility with automatic line interactive switchover
- Additional generator as a backup for the existing backup system.
Futurism has a state-of-the-art test lab facility for test engineers to test applications on multiple platforms. The highlights of our test lab are:
- Up to 20 test machines and approximately 50 user machines, all equipped with OS combinations needed for testing apart from individual testing machines.
- Several UNIX/Linux boxes, all flavors of Windows operating systems and a few Macintosh machines form part of our test lab.
- Both high and low end machines are used to rate performance levels of the products under testing.
